Q1. Can I have a sample order ?
GOLM: Yes, order sample to test and check quality is welcomed. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. How about the lead time?
GOLM: 5-7 days for sample order, 15-25 days for mass production order base on order quantities.
Q3: Is it OK to print my logo on prodducts or doing our brand cartons ?
GOLM: We provide OEM service to our customers, we can help to make the label and color box according to
your requirements.
Q4: How to proceed an order ?
GOLM: Firstly, please let us know your detail requirement and application environment. Secondly we will
recommend some suitable products and solutions to you according to your request. Thirdly, after confirm all the
details, we will send to you the invoice including all the trade term about this order, after you make the payment,
then we start for the production and arrange the shipment.
Q5: How to deal with the defective?
GOLM: All of our product are produced in strict quality control system, the defective rate is less than 0.2%
according to our shipment records. We offer 3 years warranty service for this products, if there is any defective
during the warranty time, just provide us the picture or video of the defective lights, we will ship the new lights to
you within a few days or send it together with your next order.
